August 22, 2010 - Guidy Mamann was quoted in an article by Tom Godfrey of the Toronto Sun entitled "Refugees go home for 'legitimate' reasons: Lawyer".
August 16, 2010 - Guidy Mamann was quoted by Tom Godfrey of the Toronto Sun newspaper in an article on the expected arrival in Toronto of some of the Tamil refugees who arrived in Canada on the Sun Sea ship.
August 15, 2010 - Joel Sandaluk was interviewed by former CNN anchor Lynne Russell now of Toronto's CFRB Newstalk 1010 radio
station on the legal implications arising from the arrival of 490 Tamil refugee

August 9, 2010 - Guidy Mamann was interviewed by John Downs of AM640 on the case of a Korean scientist doing research on cystic fibrosis at Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children whose application for permanent residence to Canada was refused because of her husband's impaired driving conviction in Korea. August 8, 2010 - Rafael Fabregas was a panelist at a town hall meeting held at St. Simon-the-Apostle Anglican Church in Toronto, where the subject was the recent changes to the Live-in Caregiver Program. The meeting, or "Bayanihan", was co-organized by Migrante Ontario and the Independent Workers' Association. Read about it here.
August 6, 2010 - Guidy Mamann was interviewed by Marc Montgomery of Radio Canada International (RCI) on a controversial Operational Bulletin issued by CIC on July 22, 2010 suggesting that deserters from the U.S. armed forces may be criminally inadmissible to Canada for such desertion. Also interviewed on The Link, was Liberal Member of Parliament Gerard Kennedy who tabled a bill which would facilitate the granting of Canadian permanent residence on humanitarian grounds to foreign nationals who leave armed conflict which is not sanctioned by the United Nations.

July 22, 2010–Guidy Mamann was interviewed by the Globe and Mail about the possibility of Conrad Black returning to Canada after he was released from a Florida jail on bail. Black was born in Canada but previously renounced his Canadian citizenship. Read the article here.
July 21, 2010 – Guidy Mamann was interviewed by Mike Stafford of the Toronto radio station AM640 on the effect of a recent instruction from immigration minister Jason Kenney requiring all applicants under the Federal Skilled Worker Program to undergo mandatory language testing even where they are born and raised in an English-speaking country. The discussion focused on the case of Dodi Robbins who was required to take the test even though she is a Harvard-educated corporate lawyer whose first language is English and who has been working in Canada under a work permit in the financial sector for the past 4 years.

July 5, 2010 - Rafael Fabregas was invited by the Premier of Ontario Dalton McGuinty to attend a reception and luncheon today with Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh. Rafael Fabregas is an associate lawyer at Mamann Sandaluk and was recently named by the Canadian Immigrant Magazine as one Canada's Top 25 Immigrants for 2010.
