Consultations

Get Consultation By Professional Immigration Consultants

In order to properly conduct a consultation, we will need some preliminary information. This questionnaire should be completed before a consultation is scheduled. The information submitted with this questionnaire will be kept confidential. Although not every question will apply to your particular case, you should answer as many of these questions as you can. Once you have submitted your completed form, you will be contacted to schedule a formal consultation.

If you have a spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner, please have them complete a separate questionnaire and we will assess both of you together. This is very important if your intention is to seek permanent residence in Canada since, if either of you qualifies for permanent residence, the other can acquire permanent residence as a dependent.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE. SUBMISSION OF THIS QUESTIONNAIRE INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

a. You confirm that, to the best of your ability, you believe that the information contained in this questionnaire is truthful and correct.

b. You confirm that the submission of this questionnaire does not create any obligation for yourself or for the lawyer with whom you wish to request a formal consultation.

c. You confirm that submission of this questionnaire does not create a lawyer-client relationship and that the lawyer is not obliged to schedule a consultation with you.

Formal consultations may be provided in person or by telephone. In some cases, a consultation fee (Canadian residents add 13% GST) may be charged and if applicable, must be received prior to any consultation. The fee is payable in advance by cash, cheque or credit card or through our online payment system.

You will be contacted to schedule a formal consultation within 48 hours upon our firm receiving payment for the same. All consultation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. In some circumstances, consultation fees may be credited towards our legal fees should you retain our firm to assist you with your immigration matters.
